One of the sad things about phone communication is that we are deprived of the rich mine of information provided by body language. Psychologists tell us that a large part of communication between two individuals consists of physical cues, yet with telephone conversation, this great aid to understanding is, sadly, absent.
Handi Grafix are an inspired solution. Simply send Handi Grafix to anyone with whom you frequently have telephonic disputations. Ask them to keep Handi Grafix on their desktop. Then, at the appropriate time during a lively discussion, just say "Graphic Number One" or "Graphic Number Two." It's that easy!
